Family Support + Education
Are you trying to raise a child who has been diagnosed with mental health needs like bi-polar, post-traumatic stress, and ADHD? Are you feeling frustrated because you don’t know how to deal with the situation? Is your family in turmoil?
We want you to know – you’re not alone.
The Brandi Nichole Family Enrichment Center can support your family by:
- Providing you and your child temporary respite,
- Supporting you in learning skills that will help raise a child with unique needs, and
- Helping your child develop the skills they need to learn how to live with or eliminate their diagnosis.
If you are ready to take the first step of reuniting your family, give us a call today at (828) 687-3776.
We provide support to families in a number of different ways including:
Respite care is for children who still live at home with their biological families or foster parents. Living with and raising children with mental and/or physical illnesses can put a great deal of strain on both your family and your child. Respite Care offers all members the time necessary to rest, rejuvenate, and engage in self-care practices.
Therapeutic Foster Care
Some families with children who have mental health needs such as a diagnosis of bi-polar, post traumatic stress, ADHD or other mental health diagnoses need a bit more than respite care. Children and families that need additional support do not need involvement from the Department of Social Services in order to receive help. If you are a parent or guardian looking for support in this area, contact us today. Your family matters and we are here to support you.
